Cancellation Fee

So last night, drove 8 min to a job to find one bloke passed out on the side of the road, and three of his mates standing in the middle the road, two were having a fight in the middle of the road and continued as I slowed down. I kept driving and cancelled. How does the cancellation fee work?

Anyone else get the crap with people cancelling after you've changed direction for a few min, would be good if Uber had cancellation fees to fix this, some of the time it's not a problem, but sometimes, like last night, I had to wait 10km before I could turn off the highway after the cancellation and head back the other way.
