Hi all, since Didi started in Perth on Monday I have had two rides (uber busy) I am trying to get my head round the app especially once the job has been accepted it then goes straight to navigation - no rider name until end of trip or pick up address until your in their street. Has any one else experienced this and if so is there a way round it that I’m missing? Not having a destination beforehand is not great. Cheers Kerry
Hi Kerry You've probably already worked it out by now! That doesn't happen if you use Google maps as your selected navigation program. Are you using the default navigator program? Usually, after accepting a ride you should be able to view the riders name near the lower left of the screen, and if your a Gold tiered driver, you should be able to view the trip pick-up address and destination address by clicking on the "trip" button in the top right of the screen.
