Fare adjustment

Lately I have been confronted with 3 fare adjustments. 1 Uber apologized it was a mistake and the 2 others well they are still working on it. The former is for less than a dollar, the latter is over $5.45 and it is a little bit more complex. I picked up 2 colleagues and the cardholder punched the first drop off address, I dropped her off and then he punched his home address which is 10 miles north. On Uber’s trip, the first address does not show, only the detour I had to do. Any one else?
