Uber are playing us for fools

Uber never changes fares where there is an unexpected delay. It says the system changes automatically to time and distance when there is a delay but this never happens.

I have contacted on 5 different trips where there was roadworks etc times to change ut they never do..

Guys, keep records of trips where upfront pricing did not change fare because of delays. For example I did a trip where the distance was 6km and the fare was $7.53 and took. 5mins. Then the very next fare was 6.5km and took 18mins. Fare was $7.68 I contacted Uber 5 times over this where same distance but 4 times the time but they wouldn't change the fare or answer the question.

They deliberately changed to upfront pricing to lower fares for riders to beat Taxify etc prices.

Take home pay has dropped by 30%.

They say they care but they don't. They only care about profits.

Keep records and keep contacting Uber.
