My first first Complaint and a 2 stars rating

Well it had to happen I guess, I had my first complaint lodged against me with Uber. My crime was not

Body Odour
Diving Ability or Driving Ability
Dirty car

My ghastly error was having my aiconditioning set too cold. Apparently everyone knows the temp must be 22-24 under OHS according to pax.

Uber gave me a light rap on the knuckles and suggested training could help me in checking with pax the temp
Is ok. My rating has now plummeted to 4.92 maybe I should start to panic
