    At $14.99/wk, they're in a Catch 22 for launch.

    I don't see how they'll attract (paying) drivers until they have a rider base.
    I don't see how they'll get an active rider base without drivers.

    They need to either waive weekly fee for launch or do a per ride fee for now.
