Rider Cancellation....how to get some payment

  1. Have had a couple of wrong locations and cancellations after i had called them. Any advice as UBER says it was within the 5 minute grace period... have thought of starting the ride after first call...as UBER wants the whole bit then maybe they should look at what we have done and where we were when the rider cancelled.
