Uber windscreen signage. Is this allowed?

Uber gave us Uber windscreen signage for use during the Spring racing carnival.

Is there any law that says we can't put Uber signage on the inside of our cars to make it easier for riders to spot us at busy times?

Too often number plates can't be seen and Uber is unwilling to put a picture of my car on the app.

It's compulsory to have Uber signs in NSW and QLD, so can we use them or not?

In QLD, you are required to have regulated signage on the front and rear windows. The QLD Government states this is so we can be easily identified by compliance officers, although as a driver I think it really helps with passenger identification too.

Unfortunately, having any Uber branding, except as required by law or with Uber's permission, is against the Uber Services Agreement and you can be deactivated.
