Unnecessary detour

    I was punished by Didi after a customer said I took unnecessary detour and my fare was refunded immediately and I have done nothing wrong.

    Hi Alaa,

    If you think Didi's decision was wrong than immediately write back or call them and mention that you strongly dispute the reversal. Mention that you drove according to the app's guidance and traffic conditions at the time of the ride, the passenger was OK with that. Say that you expect Didi to immediately review the fare and pay back the missing funds.
