Getting ping from the city, sitting 18/19 km away at home. There should be a "WTF" response button for such pings.

    May be system issues.

In the CBD and surrounding suburbs i normally ignore pings that are more than 5 minutes away. Ignore more than 10 minutes away anywhere else.

  3. I got a stacked ping for 1.6x surge with passenger in car.

Accept the ping and got a message saying “sorry unexpected error ocurred”.

The ride request dissapeared! Is this because the pax cancelled or simply uber app gone bonkers??

No this means they sent the ping to multiple drivers and someone got in before you. This is a standard practice during surge periods.
