"Not accepting trips" email - threat from Uber

I just got an email from Uber saying I'm not accepting a lot of trips, and if I continue to do this my Uber account may be placed on hold.

How about Uber not send me pings that are non-surge when I'm right in the middle of a surge area, how about you don't send me pings that are 20+ minutes away, again std rate while in the middle of a surge. I'm an independent contractor I can take whatever jobs I like, and I can ignore those I don't.
