Tax Summaries

Is anyone else not receiving their Tax Summaries from Uber? The last Tax Summary I received was January 2019. I have phoned Uber Assist every few weeks & have visited the Green Light Hub, but always receive the same response..."Our engineers are working to rectify this problem". They also tell me that Tax Summaries are not available until the 3rd week of the following month, for example April's summary will not be available until the 3rd week of May. I have been driving for 1 & half years & I have never know this to be the case, usually my summary is available in the 1st week of the following month. Not having a tax summary is making my Bass Statement an arduous task.

 

Yes same here. Tax summery for March 2019 not yet available.
