UCAR Rental Beware!!!

Stay away from this company.

I have returned the car after someone else hit it in the back, I have given all the information needed for UCAR on the following days so they can get their money back from the insurance of the person who damaged the car. The responsible admitted her fault and had an open claim waiting for this company to call. Even with all the information on their hands (witness contact, other drivers information and the insurance claim number), they are not only refusing to return my bond but charging an extra AU$1350 so they MAYBE return the value of my bond.

Unprofessional and the car was crap/already damaged at the time I got it.
