Unable to claim insurance due to "Privacy"? Or received little support after an assault?

    Has a passenger ever damaged your car ... BUT it was impossible for you to claim insurance? (because the rideshare company refused to pass on details of that customer)

    OR

    Have you ever been assulated by a passenger while on the job -- but received little support from the company?
