Unable to log into Bolt/Taxify anymore

    Are any other Bolt (formerly Taxify) drivers having the same issue?

    Seemingly I logged out at around 12:30pm today and haven't been able to log back into the driver app since. Either it tells me there is a problem and I have to click dismiss then retry logging in, or it just sits there showing a loading message with no further progress, or it doesn't take me to the login screen altogether.

    It's been like this for 8 hours already today. No idea what is happening. I'm logging in with my correct details.

    App is the latest version was updated on my phone on Monday, 2 days ago.

    Furthermore my rider Bolt app is up to date and won't let me log in today either, it just tells me my internet connection is down, but it is not.

    I can't even give them any feedback because for some reason it is no longer recognising my username as valid on their online portal and won't let me log in there either.

    I'm confused and have no idea what is going on.

    ignore this topic.

    It seems like it was my service provider for data connection which had the problem accessing certain apps and sites from Europe yesterday.

    It's back working now.
