Thank you to all the drivers who are taking part in Fair Work Ombudsman’s investigation into Uber working conditions.
Drivers from all over the country have come forward and showed interest in taking part in the investigation. RSDU forwarded to FWO the names of more than 60 drivers. Some (if not all) of those drivers may be contacted by the FWO inspectors in due course.
The investigation into Uber is now well under way. We request participating drivers to help the FWO inspectors reviewing our case and to provide them with the information/evidence that they require in a timely manner.
Participating drivers! Your cooperation in this matter is very important, please remain proactive and assist the FWO inspectors with their work as much as you can. You may be owed a lot of money in lost wage, superannuation and/or leave/sick pay. Stick together, provide the required information and stand for your rights!
We will provide updates as soon as we have more news. Please subscribe to our free newsletter to stay up to date.
Remember, TOGETHER WE CAN make a difference!
Yours Sincerely,
Max B, Head of Ride Share Drivers United
