Driving for Uber?… You may be owed money in lost wage and Fair Work entitlements!
Drivers wanting to take part in the Fair Work Ombudsman investigation into Uber’s suspected wage fraud and driver misclassification please fill and submit the form below. Your information will be passed on to the Fair Work Ombudsmen and you may be contacted by them to provide a recorded interview. Your information may also be passed by the Fair Work Ombudsman to Uber for questioning.
This investigation is being carried out by FWO in Victoria but drivers from all other states are welcome to give evidence/apply. Please only apply if you’ve been driving for Uber for more than a year and drive approx 35 or more per week.
